Earlier I commented on how the quality and reliability of Apple's online offerings had driven me (and my $99/year) away from the company's paid service. I expressed hope Apple would treat its dotMac customers better as the transition to the new MobileMe service got underway, but admitted concern that service outages indicated otherwise.
New reports suggest Apple doesn't think it's got much of a service obligation for the $99 it collects. I'll not be subscribing.
