For $20 Billion, You'd Think Stable OS Was Included

The cost to host the Olympics in Beijing: $20 Billion (or maybe $40 Billion)
Having Microsoft's operating system crash, and project a blue screen full of error text on a huge surface just as the torch-bearer comes into view: Priceless.

Actually, the I.T. bill was estimated at a measly $400 million. The "it works" option wasn't apparently checked by the guy who signed the P.O. ....
