Japanese Man: Fake Girl Better Than The Real Thing

Sal (or Sal9000, as he's known online) married a video game character and, though fully aware the character is part of a game, prefers her to the real thing any day. (The inverse, Japanese robots with an unhealthy infatuation with humans, is a different issue altogether. Sal's girl is a Love Plus character and can't attack.) Sal isn't unique. Toying with people's men's fascination with liaisons involving inhuman romantic simulacra seems to represent a sound business.

Good-natured and spirited debate welcome. Ranting flameouts might consider posting elsewhere. Relevant posts containing links to your own's blog's comments on the subject are always welcome; incoherent mumblings accompanied by spam posts for commercial products are just not cool. Use good sense.
